Accepted for oral presentation
The presenter of the accepted oral abstract will be invited for presentation within the Scientific Sessions. Presentation time will be up to 8 minutes (depending on the final programme). The presenter of an oral presentation has to be registered for the ESTI/ESCR 2018 congress. Accepted abstracts may be published within the online syllabus and partner journal(s).
Accepted for scientific/educational poster presentation
The submitter of the accepted scientific poster abstract will receive login details for the EPOS Submission System in order to upload the final poster. The presenter of a poster has to be registered for the ESTI/ESCR 2018 congress. Accepted abstracts may be published within the online syllabus and partner journal(s).
Young Abstract Presenter Programme (YAPP)
The European Society of Cardiovascular Radiology appreciates and encourages the submission of abstracts from young radiologists. Therefore, we are pleased to announce that in 2018 the YAP Programme will be revived.
A limited number of accepted oral presenters (no poster presenters, no submitters and no co-authors) under the age of 35 will be able to participate in ESTI/ESCR 2018 congress with the complimentary registration and will benefit from accommodation grant.
YAPP 2018 - Course of action
> Submit your abstract within the abstract submission period (deadline: January 31)
> All accepted oral presenters will be contacted by the ESCR Office
> All oral presenters who qualify for the YAP Programme will be informed about their acceptance/rejection via email
The European Society of Cardiovascular Radiology retains the right to reject any applicant without giving the reasons. The reimbursement will be granted to the amount of money set by ESCR for a maximum of two nights and only upon presentation of original receipts (the original hotel invoice to be sent to the ESCR office in Vienna via regular mail).
